We ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your payment. Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or exceptional conditions.

Delivery costs

• Metropolitan France : Free delivery for purchases over €50.
• Other destinations : Delivery costs will be calculated at the time of order.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Return of products

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any products that do not suit you. Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused.

Return conditions

• The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must return the item and place a new order.
